About Enlightened Choices Newsletter
Enlightened Choices is published by the Women's Institute for Incorporation Therapy and addresses recovery issues for those women who are alumni of WIIT programs.
In August of 1996 the first issue of "Enlightened Choices" went to press. The Newsletter was conceived by WIIT alumni and from its very inception has been edited and put together by WIIT Alumni. Up until now it has only been available to WIIT Alumni and those professionals who have been involved with WIIT. The Women's Institute is pleased to make it available to all trauma survivors who are able to access the internet.
We on the WIIT staff are particularly grateful to the Editor of Enlightened Choices. She is a WIIT Alumni who has achieved greatly in her own recovery and has stuck with her commitment to other alumni by producing this newsletter for over six years. She has helped more people than she will ever know and deserves whatever blessings come her way.

About WIIT
The Women's Institute for Incorporation Therapy
WIIT is a psychiatric program for women who have acute symptoms associated with psychological trauma, including grief, loss, depression, post traumatic stress, and dissociative disorders. WIIT offers a safe environment where women can experience the support and assistance they need to regain their lives. WIIT offers inpatient, partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs.
Dr. Tollefson and his staff have been treating trauma survivors for over ten years. The WIIT treatment team is made up of specially selected and trained Doctoral and Masters level licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, licensed marriage and family therapists, and psychiatric nurses and technicians.
